For the construction of the school in Wolfurt which complies with passive energy standards only environmental friendly materials were used. The open ground plan concept which allows multifunctional playability meets the requirements of modern school life optimally.

Fire Station Wolfurt

The lofty tower with a steel staircase contrasts the compact low-rise building. The development areas are minimised by an ingenious arrangement of the various functional areas. It took some effort to adapt the in-situ concrete structure to passive energy standards.

Residential Estate Frühlingsstraße

The seven single-family, terraced houses in compact wooden construction are only connected underground. The staggered positioning of the units optimizes the illumination and provides each unit with a private and secluded garden.

Passivhaus Drexel und Weiss

The reconstruction of the old hall in the industrial area of Wolfurt sets new standards by consistently following the mission statement and making an example at the same time. The cladding of black glazed cement fiber boards was adapted to Passivhaus standard. Prominent are the company logo which is visible from the distance and the generous window hinges on the long sides of the building.
