Architecture vor Ort

Architecture has a place – and responsible architects, planners, and clients who provide first-hand insights during our monthly architecture-site visits. (Almost) always on the last Friday of the month, we explore Vorarlberg in all its diversity – across regions, building types, and themes. Please consult our event calendar for dates and details.

Excursions
We are happy to act as your professional contact for planning an architectural trip to Vorarlberg. In addition, vai regularly offers public excursions to exhibitions or specific topics, such as visits to the Islamic Cemetery in Altach or the BUS:STOP project in Krumbach

Architectural Tourism
Whether a half-day program in Bregenz, Dornbirn, or Feldkirch; an architectural walk through the Bregenzerwald; or a compact introduction for interested newcomers – together with our tourism partners, we have designed curated tours for holiday guests and guided travel groups.

Our online tool "on Tour" provides a database of thematic and geographic options for planning your personal architectural tour. Each concise entry is linked to the architectural database "nextroom" – ideal for anyone wishing to delve deeper.
